Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
• Returns will only be accepted if the items are in their original packaging.
• Certain items, such as sale or discounted items, gift cards, and intimate wear (e.g., underwear, socks), are not eligible for return.

Return Options

• Store Credit: If you would prefer store credit rather than a refund, we will issue a credit equal to the value of the returned item(s), minus any shipping fees.
• Replacement: If your item is the wrong size or color, we offer replacements based on availability. If a replacement item is not available, we will offer store credit.

2. Pack the Item: Ensure that your item is packed securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Refunds

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
