From order to delivery, it takes about 3-4 weeks.

 

 

 

We have an algorithm that knows where your measurements should be based on your height and weight. On top of this, our design team double checks your measurements to make sure they make sense before sending off your order to our tailors to be crafted together. If we find any submitted measurements problematic, our design team will happily Skype with you to make sure you get the right measurement.

Our suits are half-canvassed.

 

 

We will give you a tailoring credit of $50 so you can get the suit altered through a tailor near you. Please download this request form (need to create a document and have it linked here) and submit it for tailoring credit within 7 days of your suit delivery date to info@urbanegallant.com.

 

 

 

The suit needs time to mold to your body so sometimes parts of the suit may look off initially. However, if you’re not sure, please email us at info@urbanegallant.com to schedule a Skype session with our design team. We’ll take a look and let you know if fit issues can be fixed with alterations or if a remake is necessary.

Please ship the suit over to 5572 Crescent Ave., Buena Park, CA 90630 in the box it came in. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please give us 3-4 weeks to get you your new suit.

 

 

 

We can only give you a full refund if you email us at info@urbanegallant.com within 2 days after you submit your order.
