How to Return an Item

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your return.
• If your return is approved, we will process either your store credit or a replacement, depending on your preference and availability.

• Refunds or store credits will be issued within 7-10 business days after the return has been processed.
